With an MBA from Auburn, Matt has been with Ardd and Winter since 2001. Matt is always challenging himself to improve. His goal is to help build a company that continues to provide for many generations, prioritizes long term relationships, and leaves a legacy.
He's married to Crystal and has four boys. Matt enjoys golf, reading, fitness, and cheering for the Atlanta Braves and Auburn Tigers.
Marty Hall
Partner
Starting as a lighting agent in 1980, Marty joined the Ardd and Winter team in 1985. He became an Officer & Principal in 2006 and co-purchased the company in 2023. As the emotional leader of the company, Marty’s dedication to supporting his teammates is without equal. His advocacy for and unwavering loyalty to Ardd and Winter is an example to anyone who values relationships and service.
Married to April since 1996, he's a proud father and grandfather. Marty enjoys golf and family time.
Angie Smith
Vice President
The heart and soul of the Ardd and Winter team. A Valdosta State alum, Angie has been with Ardd and Winter since 2007. Her calm demeanor, unwavering honesty, and deep knowledge have laid the groundwork for Ardd and Winter’s future.
Married to Ben and a proud mom to Avery, Angie loves dogs, gardening, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Braves.
Tim Sohl

With 29 years in the lighting industry and VP at Ardd and Winter, Tim’s dedication to seeing a project from design through final construction makes him a leader in the Florida market.
Tim brings valuable insights and passion to any healthcare, hospitality, or higher education project. He's a devoted family man, avid fisherman, and sporting clays enthusiast.

With 23 years in the agency business, Tim’s thoughtful leadership and unique perspective as a former lighting agency owner makes him a leader in the South Carolina market. His commitment to collaboration and working towards a win/win for all projects is valued by our partners.
Married to Leigh and proud father of two children, Tim is a Wofford College alum and former Terrier golf team member. Tim enjoys golf, fishing, and playing guitar in his free time.
