1968
Bobby Ardd Sr. and Clint Winter decided to stop competing with each other and instead merged their resources to create one of the most successful firms in the industry.
1997
Bobby Ardd, Sr., passed away, leaving Bobby Ardd, Jr., to continue growing the company’s reach and reputation.
2006 - 2007
Marty Hall joins Bobby as an officer and principal of the company in 2006. In 2007, Matt Bobo joins as an officer and principal. Together Bobby, Marty, and Matt deliver years of experience and knowledge in the industry to help lead their team, solve problems, and innovate solutions.
2018
Ardd+Winter merges with CK Lighting to form the Savannah Ardd+Winter office.
2022
Ardd+Winter merges with Palmetto Lighting Solutions to form the Greenville and Charleston Ardd+Winter offices.
2023
Longtime employees Marty Hall and Matt Bobo acquire the company and share a renewed vision for the future - a vision centered around company culture, growth, and superior client service on January 1, 2023.
